On February 9, the Spring Dawn Action 2022 kick-off meeting for high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province was held in Wuhan. The aim of the meeting was to strengthen services and support for high-tech enterprises and promote the development of a powerful science and technology-based province. Xiao Juhua, Vice Governor of Hubei Province, Ding Hui, Deputy Secretary General of Hubei Provincial Government, Wang Wei, CPC Group Secretary and Director of Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and other leaders attended the meeting. Jin Zhengwang, Deputy General Manager of Accelink, attended the meeting as a representative of the top 100 enterprises. 

At the meeting, Liu Zhitian, Deputy Director of Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, released the "Spring Dawn Action"plan for serving high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province in 2022. The plan will focus on the requirements of Hubei Provincial CPC Committee and Hubei Provincial Government for building a powerful science and technology-based province, by cultivating numerous high-tech enterprises that possess strong innovation ability and good growth potential. The plan will emphasize on services, focus on regular, long-term, and institutionalized enterprise services, provide hierarchical, categorized, and accurate services, and promote the development of a good working situation. In this manner, the whole society will cooperate to promote the development of high-tech enterprises, accelerate the promotion of high-tech enterprise quantity and quality, lay a solid foundation for scientific and technological work to achieve the goal of"continued excellence"throughout the year in Hubei Province, and provide strong innovation support for building a powerful science and technology-based province.

In addition, the 2021 Innovation and Development Report of High-tech Enterprises in Hubei Province and the List of Top 100 High-tech Enterprises in Hubei Province in 2021 were also released at the meeting. Both, Accelink and WTD were selected as top 100 high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province. Accelink ranked 8th among the top 100, ranked 8th in three indicators—operating income, net profit, and expenses for science and technology activities among the top 10 in electronic information, and ranked 4th in 2 indicators—patents in force and patents in force for inventions among the top 10 in electronic information. To promote the action taken by high-tech enterprises in a pragmatic manner, based on the long-term tracking and analysis of the development of high-tech enterprises and combined with the torch statistical data of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Hubei Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information conducted quantitative index statistical research from the aspects of economic benefits, innovation input, innovation output, and growth. They formulated the 2021 Innovation and Development Report of High-tech Enterprises in Hubei Province based on the development trend, regional distribution, and industrial composition, and selected several excellent enterprises in the leading position in industrial chain innovation or sub fields, with the aim to establish a demonstration effect, and drive the innovative development of the regions and industries.
